A 12-min guided meditation into your back body, the space of Being. The focus of this session is to get still to really steep in what is. This calming meditation will leave you anchored in your centre.
2. RELEASE RESISTANCE
A 15-min meditation to explore all the layers of our resistance to the resistance. And to practice letting it go. The focus of this meditation is to be present and be a gentle observer and acknowledge our own discomfort.
3. SWEET EFFORT AND SURRENDER
In this 12-min meditation, we will practice and play around with the balance of focusing on a very specific points but also allow our minds to surrender and relax. A great combo that works that stimulates your awareness.
