IMPORTANT NOTICE
- Depending on your country, duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery. You are responsible to pay these duties and taxes. Paying these duties and taxes releases your order from customs. If you have any questions, your local customs office can assist you best.

If additional taxes and/or duties are refused by the customer, the parcel will be returned to us, and we will issue your refund minus the return shipping cost and any duties/taxes we incur upon return.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We ship almost everywhere in the world. On the checkout page, you can put your address and it will automatically identify whether we ship to your country or not.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We use DHL Express for all international shipments. Please allow between 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed. If more than 7 days have passed please email us at support@isabellemoon.com to review the status.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you entered a PO box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
To check your order status: Log in to your Isabelle Moon account. Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders. Click the order link of the order you wish to track. Click the DHL Tracking Number and you will be directed to DHL website. Click enter under Track and Trace. You will see all details of your shipment status.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS STOLEN OR LOST?
Once your items are shipped, we cannot be liable if they are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us for more information.
